SHIPPING POLICY

Most of our products ship via UPS Ground from Long Beach, CA, and should arrive to you in 7 to 10 days. We can also expedite your order to either next day or two-day for an additional cost.  We ship to PO Boxes via USPS.  UPS shipping costs are:

 

When will my product ship?

After we receive your order, we will ship in-stock items within two business days.  With standard shipping, they will reach you in 4-5 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, we will email you the tracking information so you can monitor it progress.  

What if an item is not in stock?

Our items are handmade and some are one-of-a-kind vintage pieces.  If we do not have an item in-stock we will notify you immediately of the expected arrival date. For one-of-a-kind items, we try to keep our website up-to-date, but occasionally a piece is no longer available when you order.  If this happens we will work with you to find a different piece that fits your needs or we will refund your money.  We have lots of great pieces and we are sure we can find just the right substitute if your first choice no longer available!

Can you ship internationally?

Of course we can!  We can ship internationally with either USPS or with DHL.  When you place your order we will contact you via email about shipping costs and options.

Do I have to pay sales tax?  

California residents are required to pay sales tax on all shipments.  This will automatically be added to your order.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with an item we are happy for you to return it for a full refund or to exchange it for another item.  Returns are accepted for undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.  Just contact us for a return shipping label you can use to drop your package off at any UPS location.  Please try to use the original packaging so the item arrives to use safely.  Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive your returned item.  Refund are issued to the payment method you used to place your order and sometimes take several weeks to show on your statement after being processed.
