SHIPPING POLICY

Orders usually ship within 2-3 business days from our warehouse in California.

We ship most smaller packages via USPS and most larger packages via FedEx Ground. You will receive an email notification from info@jenningsandallen.com, with a tracking number, when your order has shipped.

General Shipping Information

Shipping is calculated during checkout based on the size, weight, and cost your order.

Orders ship from our store in Seal Beach, CA. Orders usually ship within 2-3 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Costs for Returns: Unfortunately, we can't refund the cost of shipping your order to you, and we do ask you to pay postage for the items you are returning.

For expedited shipping: please email us at info@jenningsandallen.com with the product(s) you wish to buy, along with your full mailing address and phone number. International shipping: We ship within the United States only.

We do not offer international orders via our website, as the shipping is cost prohibitive. We apologize for any inconvenience.
