Founded by Kei Tsuzuki and Molly Luethi in 2010, their studio has always been a vehicle to create meaningful jobs for immigrants and refugees in their community. With over 30 combined years working in the non-profit sector in women’s economic development and education, Kei & Molly were determined to show how a for-profit business could be sustainable and fueled by human-centered values.  14 years later, Kei & Molly is still committed to this mission and serves the community proudly.  Jennings & Allen has been a proud partner since we opened in 2017 and happy customers for many years prior to that!

We aim to serve as an economic engine for this area, providing work, skills, and support for those looking to build a better life for themselves and their families.
