Heidi’s Jam is one of our favorite products in the store! It all started with their incredible Raspberry Red Chile Jam. Soooo delicious! It is, of course, great on cheese and crackers, but also makes a great accompaniment to grilled meats, a lamb burger or bratwurst – and even makes a terrific glaze for a roast pork loin.
Our store manager’s family – Cathy – says it makes the best PB & J. It isn’t especially hot but it does have a little kick at the end. The sweet of the raspberry is an excellent foil for the spicy red chile.
Steve and Colvin are always sure to have a full selection of Heidi’s at home. The strawberry and apricot are Steve’s favorite and Colvin loves the Wild Blueberry and Raspberry on some yogurt for an evening treat.
